Shruti Haasan’s Music Wave Grows Stronger with Mangled Love

Shruti Haasan continues to explore her independent music space with Mangled Love, a track that reflects her personal voice as both a singer and a songwriter. The lyrics are written by Shruti herself, with composition by her and production by Yanchan, bringing together emotion, storytelling, and raw creative energy.

The collaboration is part of Yanchan’s Orange Room Sessions a format that focuses on quick, spontaneous music creation. With minimal setup and a strong focus on authenticity, the session allowed Shruti to create something real and unfiltered in the moment.

This isn’t the first time the two artists have come together. Shruti and Yanchan had earlier collaborated on Inimel, a Tamil track that went on to become a major hit. Building on that creative connection, Mangled Love feels like a natural progression more personal, expressive, and rooted in honest storytelling.

Adding to this momentum, Shruti’s recent track Pavazha Malli has also been receiving a great response, with her music increasingly connecting with audiences. Her growing presence in the independent space reflects how her work is not only evolving but also being widely appreciated.

With Mangled Love, she once again highlights her ability to turn simple moments into meaningful music keeping it raw, real, and straight from the heart.
