Vijay Varma Turns Showstopper for A Designer, Owns The Runway in Signature Charm and Style

Vijay Varma brought his signature fashion-forward energy to the runway as he turned showstopper for designers Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna at the launch and fashion presentation of their Autumn/Winter collection, Noir Botanica, in Mumbai. Known for his distinctive sense of style and his ability to make even the most unconventional silhouettes look effortless, Vijay proved yet again why he is regarded as a style icon and fashion maverick.

From being a season favourite by winning multiple accolades to owning showstopping ramps, Vijay Varma continues to make his presence felt across different spaces. For his showstopping appearance, Vijay stepped out in a deep mossy olive ensemble that struck the perfect balance between sophistication and contemporary edge. The look featured a lustrous satin shirt paired with impeccably tailored trousers and a statement embellished velvet jacket. The relaxed proportions added a modern fluidity to the silhouette, while the trousers fell loosely to the floor, creating a dramatic, elongated effect as he walked the runway.

The highlight of the ensemble was undoubtedly the striking velvet blazer layered over the outfit. Staying within the rich olive-green palette, the sharply tailored jacket was elevated with intricate silver and white embellishments. The glittering beadwork grew denser across the lapels, sleeves and lower half of the blazer, creating a textured, almost constellation-like effect that instantly commanded attention.

Vijay’s understated yet commanding presence allowed the intricate detailing of the Noir Botanica creation to take centre stage while still retaining his own unmistakable style. His effortless runway presence added another memorable fashion moment to the evening, making him a natural choice to close the presentation.

Completing the look was grooming by makeup artist Sama Rajan and hairstylist Prasad Bhandary, with styling by the RG+RK team.
