Samantha Ruth Prabhu Turns Cheerleader For Contestants During Emotional Elimination Round On Celebrity MasterChef Tamil
Endemol Shine India’s Celebrity MasterChef Tamil features celebrity judge Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Chef Sashi Cheliah offering warmth, strength, and support to contestants facing their first black apron challenge.
Produced by Endemol Shine India, Celebrity MasterChef Tamil made a splash with its grand premiere on October 19 on Sony Vizha and Sony LIV. Bringing together iconic Tamil personalities, rich regional flavours, and world-class culinary challenges, the show has already impressed viewers. Featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu as a celebrity judge, whose charm and screen presence bring a fresh energy to the famous global format, the series goes beyond cooking. It highlights authentic emotions, team spirit, and moments that make cooking both challenging and human.
That human touch was on full display during the season’s very first elimination round. As the black aprons came out and tension filled the kitchen, the mood turned serious. Spotting the nervous faces around her, Samantha stepped up not just as a host, but as a pillar of support. Acknowledging that the day could mark the end of someone’s journey on the show, she reached out to the contestants with words of strength, love, and encouragement, reminding them to stay grounded and give it their best despite the pressure.
Adding to the emotional moment, judge Chef Sashi Cheliah shared insights from his own personal experience with eliminations, creating an atmosphere of empathy rather than fear. Together, Samantha’s presence and Chef Sashi’s guidance transformed a stressful test into a touching moment of warmth and togetherness.
By balancing intense competition with real heart, Endemol Shine India continues to set new standards for reality television in India. Celebrity MasterChef Tamil proves that while the competition is real, compassion and camaraderie are what truly make a show memorable
Watch the shows on Sony VIZHA and stream it on Sony LIV. Monday to Friday at 8 pm.
