The 50 Episode 16 Highlights: Dare Deals, Lion’s Crazy Game and an Octopus Arena Twist

Day 16 inside The 50 Palace brings high stakes deals in the Lion’s Den, an unpredictable balance challenge, and a brand new Arena game inspired by the octopus. Strategy, ego clashes and tough sacrifices dominate the episode. The 50 is streaming on JioHotstar and airing on COLORS.

Fox Enters: Prince and Siwet Face Dare or No Dare

The Fox enters the Palace and takes Prince Narula and Siwet Tomar to the Lion’s Den. The Lion presents three sealed envelopes three tempting offers:
● ₹25K Offer: Make one player unsafe and ineligible for the Arena game.

Prince chooses Faizu, making him unsafe. ₹25,000 is added to the money pot.
● ₹50K Offer: Make two players unsafe.
They choose Rajat and Adnan, adding ₹50,000 to the prize pot.
● ₹100K Offer: Both Prince and Siwet must declare themselves unsafe.
They decline the final offer.
With these decisions, Faizu, Rajat and Adnan land in the danger zone and cannot participate in the Arena
game.

Tensions Rise in the Palace
An argument erupts between Karan and Lakshay after Lakshay believes Karan used abusive language toward him. Karan denies the accusation, but the disagreement adds to the charged atmosphere. Later, Arya Jadhao is deeply offended when Nikki brings her father into an argument, saying she takes money from him. Arya strongly objects, stating she has been financially independent since the start of her career and that family should not be dragged into fights.

Lion’s Crazy Game: Balance for the Prize
The Lion introduces the Lion’s Crazy Game, a task that tests balance and focus.
Rules:
● Players compete in pairs.
● One player balances books on their head.
● The partner places the books and transfers them to a bookshelf.
● Initially, a minimum of 5 books must be balanced.
● If a book falls, it cannot be placed again.
● Each book contains money, which is added to the money pot based on successful placements.
● Only 14 pairs are allowed to compete.
● After Archana confidently claims the game is easy, the Lion increases the difficulty:
● The minimum requirement rises from 5 to 7 books.
● The plank used for support must also be removed, making balancing even harder.

Multiple Failures, One Bonus Winner
Several contestants fail to complete the challenge.Yuvika drops her books midway and is unable to finish.Manisha loses her balance while dancing during the task and drops the books.Monalisa and Vikrant fail as Vikrant balances only six books instead of seven, making their round invalid.The Lion then announces a bonus race round, where five players compete. The first to finish wins, and the money inside the winner’s book is added to the pot.Bebika wins the bonus round.By the end of the Lion’s Crazy Game, the contestants successfully add ₹1,27,000 to the money pot.

Arena Game: Octopus Inspired Challenge
The Lion introduces a new Arena Game inspired by the octopus.Four teams are formed.Each team must have eight players.Since Faizu, Rajat and Adnan are unsafe due to the Dare No Dare deal, they are ineligible to participate.During team formation,Shiv’s team has nine members, and he asks Bhavya to step out. Bhavya requests to join Prince’s team; Yuvika voluntarily steps out and decides not to perform.Digvijay asks Bebika to step out from his team. In a final twist, the Lion gives teams a chance to add one new player each from four fresh options excluding the unsafe contestants.
