Vithya Ramraj chased the clock and decorated herself with three magnum medals at the 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya, making India proud! And Bollywood’s ladies are all hail for India’s winner, who shattered PT Usha’s 42-year record by breaking it in 54.75 seconds! Female athletes have taken the obsession of sports to another level, and B-town celebrities are cheering them all the way, right from Vithya Ramraj, Kiran Pahal, Poovamma Machettira and Prachi Choudhary.

Dia Mirza took to her social media handle to share a series of posts that celebrate India’s win with Vithya Ramraj. Alia Bhatt, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Dhvani Bhanushali and Sharvari echoed the celebration by resharing the posts on their social media. Alia Bhatt wrote, “The ladies have done it again,” and Dhvani Bhanushali wrote, “She ran into history today.” Shaikh penned a message that says, “Uff!! The women are killing it!” and Sharvari wrote, “Historic!!! Congratulations to our incredible champions!” With Bollywood ladies cheering for Vithya Ramraj, it’s one queen celebrating another queen’s victory – as it should be!

For Vithya, it started with a silver medal in the mixed 4x400m relay, where her late surge helped India finish second in 3:14:46. After four days, Ramraj stepped onto the track for 400m hurdles only to chase 54 seconds! She did! She clocked 54.75 seconds, clinched bronze and broke PT Usha’s 42-year-old National record of 55.42 seconds. On Tuesday, she was a part of the Indian women’s 4x400m relay team alongside Kiran Pahal, Machettira Poovamma and Prachi. The quartet clocked 3:29.69 to win gold, giving India its first athletics gold of the Games.
