NEXA Indian Streaming Academy Awards 2026 Nominations Announced; Ceremony to Be Held on July 18

The nominations for the Indian Streaming Academy (ISAA) Awards 2026 have been officially announced, celebrating the finest films, web series and creative talent that have shaped India’s streaming landscape over the past year. The prestigious awards ceremony will be held on July 18, 2026, and is powered by NEXA India.

Founded by renowned film producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri and media veteran Raj Nayak, the Indian Streaming Academy Awards was established to create a prestigious, unified and democratic platform that honours excellence across India’s rapidly growing digital entertainment industry.

Continuing that momentum, this year’s nominations highlight the strength and diversity of India’s OTT storytelling, with Black Warrant emerging as one of the most nominated titles of the season, alongside Mrs., The Mehta Boys, The Great Indian Soundtrack: Bards of Bollywood, Paatal Lok Season 2, Criminal Justice, HomeTown, and several acclaimed Indian originals across languages and platforms.

Amongst the key nominations this year is Suzhal Season 2 by Pushkar & Gayatri, which continues the franchise’s strong presence in the OTT space and stands out as one of the most notable returning series of the year.

The nominations also recognise standout performances and craft achievements across categories. In the Best Actor (Series – Female) category, Priyamani for The Good Wife and Darshana Rajendran for The Chronicles of the 4.5 Gangs emerge as two of the strongest contenders, representing both established excellence and new-age OTT performance power.

Other nominated titles this year include Arabia Kadali (Telugu), Puro Puri Eken, Maarigallu, Medal (JOJO/Medal), AIR (All India Rankers), and Mayasabha, reflecting the growing strength of regional and pan-India storytelling in the streaming ecosystem.
