Saiyami Kher and Director Vikram Phadnis Attend IFFM 2026 for the World Premiere of Pal Bhar Ke Liye

Actor Saiyami Kher and filmmaker Vikram Phadnis attended the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2026 for the World Premiere of their much-awaited film Pal Bhar Ke Liye. The film features an accomplished ensemble cast including Tahir Raj Bhasin and Vineet Kumar Singh in pivotal roles.

The World Premiere received an extremely emotional, warm reception from the audience at the festival with the team receiving a thundering standing ovation.

For Saiyami Kher, the occasion held a special significance as she returned to IFFM after receiving immense love at the festival for Ghoomer, which was the Opening Film at IFFM 2023. Her return with Pal Bhar Ke Liye marked another special chapter in her association with the prestigious festival.

Saiyami Kher looked absolutely gorgeous at the premiere night, making a striking appearance in an off white elegant gown.

Vikram Phadnis, who made his directorial debut with the film, also attended the premiere alongside Saiyami Kher. The evening proved to be a significant milestone for the filmmaker as Pal Bhar Ke Liye was presented to an international audience for the first time.

Saiyami Kher said, “Every actor often says that a role changed their life and we hear it for almost every role. But this role truly has changed me as a person and had such an impact. I’m grateful to Vikram for giving me this role, this film is completely his and every character belong to him. I just surrendered to his vision to bring this film to life”.
