Armaan and Mukti Cross Paths — Is This Destiny’s Way of Leading Him Back to Abhira?
Star Plus’ long-running and much-loved show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ushers in a powerful new chapter, and the newly released promo is already stirring emotions and sparking hope among fans. Marking a turning point in the narrative, the promo beautifully weaves together longing, faith, and the possibility of reunion.
The promo opens on an emotional note with Mukti praying for her mother, Abhira. Much like Abhira, Mukti is sensitive, intuitive, and deeply rooted in faith, clearly reflecting her mother’s values and emotional strength. Suddenly, on hearing a commotion around a car, she turns and finds Armaan there to repair it. Observing his stern demeanor, Mukti calls the his mechanic “Khadus man,” unknowingly echoing Abhira’s old nickname for Armaan, Khadoosmaan. The parallel between “Khadoosmaan” and “Khadus man” strikes a poignant chord, triggering a rush of memories for Armaan as he slips into a flashback.
Parallelly, Maira is seen praying to bring happiness into Armaan’s life, reinforcing the thread of faith that quietly binds all three lives together. As Armaan is about to leave Abhira’s garage, his bracelet unknowingly falls. Mukti later finds it, unaware of its significance. When Abhira comes out looking for Mukti and notices the bracelet in her hand, the moment turns deeply emotional, followed by a flashback of Abhira, Armaan, and Maira, bringing their shared past flooding back.
The show stars Samriddhi Shukla as Abhira, Rohit Purohit as Armaan, Arshiya Sharma as Maira, and Sarah Killedar as Mukti.
