Varun Dhawan Thanks Audience for Arriving in Huge Numbers for Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai Promotions in Lucknow, Promises to Hold an Even Bigger Meet & Greet Session During Next Visit: I regret I couldn’t meet everyone

Varun Dhawan is all set for the magnum release of his much-awaited rom-com, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, co-starring Pooja Hegde and Mrunal Thakur. As the film is inching closer to its release date, Dhawan is busy promoting the film in full swing. Recently, Varun visited Lucknow’s Phoenix Mall with Mrunal, where hundreds of fans arrived to get a glimpse of the actor. Unfortunately, the actor couldn’t meet all of his fans, for which he has now taken to his social media handle to apologise. He also promised to meet everyone during his next visit to Lucknow.

“I was in Lucknow yesterday and I was given a really warm welcome by the audience. Thank you so much for the love,” he shared and added, “I wanted to say that there were a lot of people inside the mall, and several were even outside the venue. I regret I couldn’t meet everyone, but I promise we will do this meet and greet at a bigger venue when I visit next time – for everyone to gather comfortably.”

The actor apologised for the chaos and thanked the audience for coming out in generous numbers.

Directed by David Dhawan, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 5, while the trailer arrives on May 21. The film marks David Dhawan’s fourth collaboration with his son Varun after Main Tera Hero, Judwaa 2 and Coolie No.1.
