Akshay Oberoi shared a heartfelt emotional note reflecting on the transformative experience of working on the recently released Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups
Following the release of thr film earlier this week, actor Akshay Oberoi took to social media to reflect on his experience of being part of the film and expressed heartfelt gratitude to director Geetu Mohandas and Yash for inspiring him to dream bigger.
Describing Toxic as an experience that went beyond being another film in his career, Akshay shared that the project changed the way he thinks about his work and what he believes is possible.
“Every once in a while, a film comes into your life that does more than become a part of your journey. It changes you. It reshapes the way you think, the way you approach your work, and even the way you see what might be possible,” he wrote.
The actor credited Geetu Mohandas and Yash with giving him a renewed sense of self-belief, adding, “I’ve always dreamed, and I’ve always tried to turn those dreams into action. But you taught me to dream bigger, to believe that the impossible is possible.”
Akshay summed up the impact of the experience in a simple yet powerful line: “You gave me wings.”
