COLORS’ ‘Bigg Boss 18’: Chahat Pandey stands by her mother’s outburst against Avinash & slams Rajat Dalal’s last words to her

Chahat Pandey, the first contestant to step into COLORS’ ‘Bigg Boss 18’, has broken her silence after her unexpected eviction from the house, owing to insufficient votes from the public. In a candid media interaction, she defended her mother’s emotional outburst during Family Week, addressed her tumultuous relationships with fellow housemates, and shared her thoughts on the possible winner of the show.

The house erupted with emotions when Chahat’s mother thunderously defended her daughter against Avinash’s harsh words. “The things my mother said were a reflection of a mother’s love and anger,” Chahat explained. “She couldn’t take that Avinash was condemning and badmouthing me. No mother can tolerate such things being said about her daughter.” Chahat stood by her mother’s outburst, highlighting that it was the culmination of three months of bottled-up rage and hurt.

Navigating the complex dynamics of the Bigg Boss house wasn’t easy for Chahat, who admitted that the experience was particularly challenging for someone with her simple and innocent nature. “I was myself throughout the show,” she said. “I know I cry a lot about little things, but I tried to control my emotions to the best of my capacity.”

Despite her challenges, Chahat remained hopeful for her close friend Chum, whom she believes embodies women’s power. “Karan and Vivian are likely to win, but I’ll be very happy if Chum takes home the trophy. I relate to her a lot because she’s a small-town girl like me. It’s incredible to come from a small town and earn recognition in a big city, so I hope she wins.”

Chahat also took the opportunity to address her issues with Rajat, one of the housemates she found difficult to trust. “Rajat doesn’t stand by his words. He’s a paltu, as they say in the house. He would say a lot of things behind my back and laugh at my expense. But my nature is such that if someone talks to me nicely, I forget everything.”

Her final moments in the house were bittersweet, marred by Rajat’s parting taunt. “While I was bidding farewell, I said ‘achhe se khelna,’ and Rajat replied, ‘bol kaun raha hain.’ That hurt. Those were my last moments in the house; he should have spared me his taunts at least then.”

Her journey has come to an end, but her resilience, authenticity, and heart continue to resonate with fans who admired her for staying true to herself in a house full of shifting loyalties and alliances.
