Swanand Kirkire celebrates his Love for romance ballads, set to release a new single “Akelaa”

The acclaimed lyricist-composer is all set to release a new love song titled “Akelaa” next month, marking the beginning of a consistent musical journey where he plans to share one original track every month on his YouTube channel. The National award winning musician, composer, has already released two singles this year which have already been widely well received.

Having penned and composed some of the most heartfelt songs in Indian cinema, Swanand has always had a deep connection with romance as a genre. With this new initiative, he aims to explore that space more intimately, blending poetry, melody, and emotion in a way that feels personal and direct to listeners.
