Featuring celebrated voices, the song brings together the richness of Rajasthani folk influences and the melody of contemporary Hindi-film music.

Following the successful release of ‘Suniyo Zara’, Zee Music Company has released ‘Dhola Ji’, the second song from Sunny Deol-starrer SURYAA: Ant Se Aarambh Tak. Featuring Shreya Ghoshal, Javed Ali, and Swaroop Khan, the composition draws from Rajasthan’s vibrant folk traditions, bringing together distinct vocal styles and contemporary musical arrangements in a celebration of India’s rich musical heritage.

What makes ‘Dhola Ji’ distinctive is the coming together of three celebrated voices, each bringing a different musical sensibility to the composition. Shreya Ghoshal and Javed Ali lend their signature melodic expression and emotive depth, while Swaroop Khan adds an authentic connection to Rajasthan’s folk traditions. Together, the voices create a musical experience that retains the character of its cultural roots while embracing the accessibility and appeal of contemporary Hindi-film music.

Composed by Sudhakar Dutt Sharma, with lyrics by Sunil Sirvaiya, ‘Dhola Ji’ captures the warmth of romance and the joy of celebration through its folk-inspired arrangements, engaging rhythm and memorable melody. Its festive character and celebratory energy also make it a natural fit for weddings, family gatherings and occasions that bring people together.

Featuring Siddharth Sharma and Vriti Vaghani, the music video complements the composition through grand sets, vibrant visuals and choreography by Brinda Master, translating the song’s festive spirit into an elaborate on-screen celebration.

*Speaking about the track, Javed Ali said,* _”Dhola Ji has romance, warmth and the feeling of people coming together for a happy occasion. For me, the emotion in the words is what makes a melody connect. This song gives that emotion room to breathe, and bringing our four voices together adds to its celebratory spirit.”_

*Sharing his thoughts, Swaroop Khan added,* _”Rajasthani folk music has a warmth that makes people feel at home. Dhola Ji carries that spirit, and it means a lot to be part of a song that celebrates it on this scale. I would love to hear it at family gatherings and weddings, with people singing along and making it their own.”_

With ‘Dhola Ji’, Zee Music Company continues to champion diverse musical expressions, bringing together established artists, distinctive voices and influences from India’s varied musical traditions. Following the nostalgic appeal of ‘Suniyo Zara’, the latest release adds a contrasting musical dimension to SURYAA, reflecting the breadth of sounds and storytelling that make Indian music resonate across audiences.
