Bigg Boss 18: “Avinash Mishra Needs Anger Therapy’’, Says Arfeen Khan Post Exiting COLORS’ ‘Bigg Boss 18’
In a dramatic ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of COLORS’ ‘Bigg Boss 18,’ Arfeen Khan was unexpectedly shown the door, leaving both housemates and viewers stunned. Entering the house with a reputation as a strategist and a flair for theatrics, Arfeen quickly established himself as one of the show’s most enigmatic players. But his tenure in the house was anything but ordinary—it was a journey punctuated by bold confrontations, unbreakable alliances, and raw emotional breakdowns.
Right from the outset, Arfeen displayed a knack for stirring the pot, often challenging the established norms of the Bigg Boss hierarchy. His head-to-head clashes with Rajat Dalal became legendary, a saga of two determined minds refusing to yield an inch. Arfeen’s alliance with Sara Khan, however, revealed a more tender side, as the two shared moments of vulnerability that resonated with fans across the country. Yet, these alliances were not without their controversies; whispers of a possible game manipulation made Arfeen both admired and despised by his housemates.
Despite his strategic brilliance, the atmosphere in the house took a toll on Arfeen. His simmering tensions with Shrutika and Vivian pushed him to his limits, culminating in emotional outbursts that became talking points for weeks. But beyond the noise, Arfeen’s resilience shone—whether through championing underdogs during key tasks, making sacrifices to secure resources for the house, or wearing his heart on his sleeve when the stakes demanded it.
Reflecting on his unexpected exit, Arfeen shared , “My journey in Bigg Boss has been a rollercoaster of emotions, and it’s surreal that it ended this way. To leave now, especially when Bagga ji was openly begging to go. I walked in as Arfeen Khan, not just the ‘mind coach’ everyone expected me to be. The idea that I was supposed to ‘control’ Sara? That’s absolutely ludicrous! No man has ever succeeded in that mission—not me, not anyone. I formed alliances based on genuine connection, not manipulation. Take Chahat, for example—she’s like my sister. On the other hand, Eisha getting offended about Sara’s comment – ‘Pati, Patni aur Woh’ was pathetic. Vivian, though a wonderful human, is playing the role of ‘Vivian the actor,’ and that ego will eventually be his downfall. As for Charlie’s Angels—Eisha, Avinash, and Alice—I’ll be distancing myself from them. Avinash, especially needs therapy, anger therapy to be specific and I cannot be his mind coach as he doesn’t have a mind. Before stepping out, I hugged Rajat Dalal and made one plea: ‘Watch over my wife.’ If Sara doesn’t win, I’d rather see him take the crown. At every twist and turn in this house, I’ve stood my ground, unapologetically.”
