With the finale fast approaching, the pressure inside the Alliance headquarters reaches a new high. Just when the allies begin settling into their equations, the System introduces one of the season’s biggest twists yet, forcing everyone to start afresh. As the reigning Ace, Kushal Tandon holds two game-changing powers that put the fate of the headquarters firmly in his hands, leaving every ally wondering whether loyalty or strategy will prevail.

The episode begins with Mini Mathur confronting Kushal over his decision to save Sohail Khan despite receiving support from her, Delbar Arya and Nikhil Chinapa. Pointing out that those who stood by him were overlooked, Mini says, “Literally the only three people who voted for you were Delbar, me and Nikhil… and you saved Sohail. How does this work? This has to be a payback.” Defending himself, Kushal explains, “Day 1 se main unke saath hi hoon yaar,” while later admitting in his video diary, “Mere liye Mini important hai, but unke alliance important nahi hai.”

As the headquarters prepares to restructure into four alliances of three, emotions and strategy begin colliding. Left without an alliance, Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan find themselves in a vulnerable position. Visibly disheartened, Sohail struggles to hide his emotions as Seema delivers an emotional yet fiery pep talk, urging him to stop holding himself back. Reminding him of the fearless person she knows him to be, she says, “He needs to wake up. Stop being a pushover… Your children are watching…”, Sohail quietly replies, “Seema yaar, don’t put so much of pressure.” But Seema continues, “you need to be the badass that you know you can be.” Elsewhere, he briefly lightens the mood by attempting to form an alliance with Payal Gaming and Zaid Darbar, joking, “Abhi hi biwi ko chhod ke aata hoon,” prompting laughter across the headquarters.

The game then takes a dramatic turn as the System asks the allies to announce their new alliances—Kings: Aly, Agu and Ruhee; Warriors: Arslan, Bali and Kashish; Legends: Mini, Niti and Vanshaj; and Hunters: Zaid, Sohail and Payal. However, Daisy Shah and Seema are left outside the alliances, placing their fate entirely in Ace Kushal’s hands.

Given two massive powers, Kushal first has to choose between nominating Daisy or Seema while eliminating one contestant from the headquarters. Accepting her fate, Seema emotionally tells Daisy that she deserves to stay and later tells Sohail she’s ready to return home to her children. Fighting back his emotions, Sohail asks her not to give up, while confessing in his video diary, “Mera dil kehta hai ki Seema ruk jao, because yeh jo 24 ghante hum ko saath guzarne ko milta hai, yeh pata nahi wapas milega ke nahi milega.” Frustrated by the cruel twist, he also questions the format, saying, “System Challenger se sadistic kab hone laga?”

Kushal ultimately announces his decision to eliminate Seema from the headquarters while Daisy is nominated, leaving the house emotional. However, his second power immediately changes the course of the game as he inducts Daisy into the Warriors alliance in place of Arslan. As a result, Arslan is declared the Scorpion, introducing one of the most powerful roles in the competition. As the Scorpion, he is no longer tied to a single alliance and can join a different alliance every day. Each day, he will have the authority to bench one ally from the alliance he joins, automatically nominating that ally. However, he cannot join the same alliance twice during the week, forcing him to carefully plan every move. His ultimate objective is to strategically navigate the headquarters, influence the game from within different alliances and ensure that he finishes the week as part of the winning alliance.

With alliances shattered, Seema’s emotional exit and the introduction of the Scorpion capable of influencing every alliance, the race to the finale has entered its most unpredictable chapter yet.

Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, Alliance streams daily at 12 noon, exclusively on Prime Video.
