Hyderabad, April 27, 2026: Apollo Hospitals marked a significant milestone with the launch of its 76th hospital in India, further strengthening its commitment to delivering world-class healthcare across the country.
After 39 years of serving Telangana, Apollo has unveiled its fifth hospital in Hyderabad, located in the city’s Financial District. The 400-bed, next-generation smart hospital was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, in the presence of Founder Chairman Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, Executive Vice Chairperson Shobana Kamineni, and Joint Managing Director Dr. Sangeeta Reddy. The event was also attended by Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha and MLA Arekapudi Gandhi.
Designed as a smart, digitally integrated, 10-storey facility, the hospital brings together advanced multi-speciality care, faster emergency response systems, and a strong focus on preventive healthcare—aimed at making quality treatment more accessible, efficient, and seamless.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Prathap C. Reddy highlighted Apollo’s continued commitment to preventive healthcare and community well-being. As a gesture of gratitude to the people of Telangana, he announced that 10,000 free health screening check-ups will be conducted every Sunday for residents of Nanakramguda, reinforcing Apollo’s vision of keeping people healthy and reducing the need for hospitalization.
Dr. Sangeeta Reddy shared that Apollo has consistently led healthcare innovation in Telangana—from pioneering organ transplants to introducing cutting-edge surgical technologies. “With this hospital, we are proud to present a reimagined healthcare experience—embracing the future of medicine through AI, advanced technology, and patient-centric design,” she said. She further emphasized Apollo’s unwavering commitment to delivering patient-first care backed by clinical excellence.
Adding a personal note, Upasana Kamineni Konidela expressed her gratitude to the hospital and her support system, sharing that she delivered her third child this year while continuing her professional commitments—highlighting the importance of strong institutional and family support in achieving work-life balance.
With a highly skilled medical team, global safety protocols, and continuous staff training, the hospital follows an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to care. From emergency services to planned procedures, patients benefit from advanced ICU systems designed for continuous monitoring while ensuring privacy, dignity, and comfort.
With enhanced accessibility, reduced wait times, and seamless digital services, Apollo Hospitals aims to deliver a smoother, more reassuring healthcare experience for every patient.
This launch reflects Apollo’s enduring philosophy—“The Hospital of Gratitude”—a tribute to the trust and faith that patients and communities have placed in Apollo for nearly four decades in Telangana.
