“I Know As a Brother…” Salman Khan’s Emotional Words to Sohail Khan Strike a Chord in Alliance

The race to the grand finale may have entered its most decisive phase, but for one evening, the game belonged to only one man, Salman Khan. Just when the pressure inside the Alliance headquarters had reached its breaking point, the biggest surprise of the season walked through its doors, bringing the entire headquarters to a complete halt. The superstar’s arrival wasn’t just another celebrity visit—it became an emotional homecoming for Sohail Khan, a reality check for the remaining Allies and the one moment that completely changed the mood inside the headquarters.

After days of carrying the emotional weight of the headquarters, Salman arrived exactly when his younger brother needed him the most. Greeted with a warm, “Kya bhai… all’s good?”, Salman instantly slipped into his familiar older-brother role, admiring Sohail’s transformation before joking about the weight both of them had lost. The banter was effortless, but beneath the laughter was a quiet understanding that only the two brothers shared.

And then came classic Salman Khan, equal parts warmth, wit and mischief. Within moments, the headquarters transformed from a battlefield into a room full of laughter.. He wished birthday boy Vanshaj Singh before teasing him over the now-infamous “buddha” remark, while praising Agu Stanley Chiedozie for not only speaking fluent Hindi but even mastering Hindi gaalis, and had Mini Mathur blushing after joking, “Now I understand why Kabir is so scared of you.” From pulling Kushal Tandon’s leg to laughing over Zaid Darbar’s childhood memories, Salman effortlessly made every Ally feel seen. For a brief moment, rivalries disappeared, calculations stopped and the headquarters felt less like a high-pressure headquarters and more like home.

The mood inside the headquarters gradually shifted as the laughter made way for something far more heartfelt. Listening to Mini Mathur praise Sohail’s resilience throughout the game, Salman couldn’t help but respond like an elder brother who had watched every emotion unfold from outside. “Yeah, I know… he’s taking every blame onto him. Pura blame issne apne aap pe le liya,” he said, acknowledging the emotional weight Sohail had silently carried throughout. Salman went on to reveal that the entire Khan family had been following Sohail’s time inside the headquarters, sharing that Nirvaan, Yohan and even Salim Khan had been constantly checking in to see how he was doing. Salman assured him, gently reminding Sohail that no matter how isolated the headquarters could sometimes feel, he had never truly been alone.

Salman then addressed the one subject everyone knew couldn’t be ignored. Looking at Sohail with the honesty only an elder brother can have, he reminded him that sometimes giving your best still doesn’t guarantee the ending you hoped for. Reflecting on the years that led to Sohail’s one of the difficult phases of his life, Salman said, “I know as a brother what we saw… Alvira and Arpita and everyone saw you gave it your best. I am sure she also tried, but at that point of time takdeer bolu ya situation ya halaat bolu, they were not in your favour. Jitni koshish karni thi, kar li thi.” He went on to remind Sohail not to let one difficult chapter overshadow everything good that still surrounded him, encouraging him to look ahead instead of carrying the weight of the past. By the end of the conversation, the heaviness Sohail had been carrying seemed just a little lighter, leaving the headquarters witness to one of its most heartfelt moments.

Even amid the laughter, Salman never stopped reading the game. After sharing light-hearted moments with the Allies, while talking to Sohail he praised Vanshaj Singh, saying, “This boy has played well,” appreciating his fearless approach and the confidence to always put his point across.

The game, however, wasted no time pulling everyone back into reality. With a direct ticket to the semi-finals on the line and elimination awaiting the losing alliance, the next challenge raised the stakes like never before. The Kings emerged victorious, followed by the Warriors and Legends, leaving the Hunters to make yet another heartbreaking decision. Even as Vanshaj celebrated his birthday away from his family, the celebrations were short-lived.

By the next morning, the campaigning had already begun. Kushal Tandon tried convincing Sohail Khan to let the Hunters decide their own fate, while Aly Goni praised Mini Mathur’s gameplay and both Vanshaj Singh and Niti Taylor made their semi-final ambitions clear. One final twist now stood between the Allies and the grand finale: when survival is only days away, who will make the cut… and who will become the headquarters’ next heartbreaking goodbye?
Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, Alliance is streaming exclusively on Prime Video, with fresh episodes dropping daily at 12 noon. As the battle for the trophy enters its final stretch, every alliance, every challenge and every decision now carries greater weight than ever before.
