As the excitement for Namit Malhotra and Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana reaches a high, singer Badshah joins the nation in backing the film.
Ramayana, produced by Namit Malhotra and directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is one of the most anticipated films of 2026. With every asset, from its teaser to its trailer, the excitement around the film has been continuously soaring. Apart from the scale, star power, and visual grandeur, what truly sets this project apart is its heart. From the very beginning, the team has approached the material not just as a project, but as a sacred responsibility. In an industry where promotional rollouts are often driven purely by marketing schedules, Ramayana has chosen a path rooted in Indian culture, tradition, and spiritual significance.
The hype around the film is breaking records everywhere, and heavyweights from across the film fraternity are stepping up to cheer for this project. Adding momentum right before the big day, singer Badshah took to his social media to send his heartfelt wishes to the entire team.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios in association with 8-time Oscar-winning DNEG and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, the two-part epic will release worldwide in IMAX, with Part 1 arriving on November 5 for Diwali 2026 and Part 2 in Diwali 2027.
