2025 has brought plenty of remarkable moments for people. Especially in the entertainment world, we have seen many individuals embarking on new journeys and completely transforming their lives. This year has turned out to be a game-changer for India’s biggest digital star, Ashish Chanchlani, a year in which he expanded, evolved, and truly redefined what a digital star can achieve. As we stand in the end of this year, let’s take a look at some of his major milestones of Ashish.
To begin with, Ashish turned into a lover boy with his music-video debut. The year 2025 kicked off with Ashish delivering a fresh, romantic new avatar in the music video “Chandaniya” opposite Elli AvrRam. From heartfelt chemistry to energetic dance moves and a viral hook step, Ashish showcased a side of himself that audiences had never seen before. He then made his presence felt globally by becoming the only Indian invited to the U.S. premiere of Jurassic World: Rebirth, further proving his widespread international influence. Representing Indian digital entertainment like a true global frontrunner, Ashish took this opportunity a notch higher by interviewing global stars such as Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and Jonathan Bailey.
However, among everything, the biggest achievement Ashish added to this year was the release of his most ambitious project, his web series Ekaki. He donned multiple hats for this intense YouTube series, serving as actor, director, producer, and writer.
But this wasn’t the end for Ashish. Always a pioneer, he brought Bollywood to YouTube with the first-ever collaboration with legendary choreographer Bosco Leslie Martis for “Rum Rum Rum,” the first song of Ekaki, a truly historic moment. Showcasing his wit and humour as a host, this year also gave Ashish his biggest hosting stage with Varanasi. He ruled the stage while hosting the mega launch of S.S. Rajamouli’s Varanasi in Hyderabad, going viral for his humour, energy, and sheer star power. Moreover, Ashish also shared the stage with the one and only Salman Khan, promoting Ekaki on Bigg Boss, where Salman praised him as the “Digital entertainment ke asli game changer”, a defining moment celebrating his legacy.
It has truly been a landmark year for Ashish, filled with opportunities, new beginnings, amazing collaborations, and most importantly, a year where he changed the dynamics of digital entertainment and took it to an entirely new level.
